Every OPAL & DRAPE order is processed within 2-3 business days of placement. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

We take the time to pack every order with care. Good things are worth the wait.

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA

Standard Delivery 5-7 business days Free on all orders above ₹1,999 ₹99 on orders below ₹1,999

Express Delivery 2-3 business days ₹199 flat on all orders

We ship pan-India. Every pin code. Every corner of the country.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently unavailable. We are working on bringing OPAL & DRAPE to the world. Sign up to our mailing list to be notified when international shipping goes live.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order please contact us at hello@opalanddrape.com

 

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful our courier partner will make two additional attempts on the following business days. If all three attempts fail the package will be returned to us. In this case please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of placing your order. OPAL & DRAPE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@opalanddrape.com with your order number and photographs of the damage where applicable. We will investigate immediately and resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

We work with trusted courier partners and take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However if something goes wrong we will make it right. That is our commitment.

 

PACKAGING

Every OPAL & DRAPE order is packed with intention. We use minimal premium packaging — no unnecessary plastic, no filler. The garment arrives folded cleanly, wrapped, ready to wear or gift. Because the unboxing is part of the experience.
